• Please note, if you wish to check-in before 2/23 and/or check out after 2/27, you will need to complete your booking, then email Pamela Garcia to extend your booking dates

• You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to check-in with no penalty

• If you have children or more than two guests staying in a room, you must submit a request by email to Pamela Garcia

• The prices listed above are based per person and include all tax, gratuity, and resort fees

• The Royal Beach Club Rooms are located within an adults-only section of the resort, which includes a private pool and swim-up bar with premium plus liquor brands

• The Family Junior Suites are great for families and provide you access to the exclusive family pool area with premium plus liquor brands

• Most of the Deluxe Junior Suite Rooms are located within bungalows spread throughout the resort.

• Typically each bungalow includes four rooms, so if you would like to book within the same bungalow as other friends or family members, make sure to submit a request by email to Pamela Garcia after booking

• The Westin has an amazing kids club and also offers in-room babysitting services

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE:

We will be organizing shuttles to and from Liberia airport and will be collecting your flight details as we get closer to the big day!

TRAVEL TIPS

• There are no travel restrictions to Costa Rica regarding COVID-19

• The closest airport to fly into is Liberia Airport (LIR) which is a 50-70 minute drive to the Westin

• Juan Santa Maria Airport (SJO) is a 4-5 hour drive to the Westin

• Make sure your passports do not expire within 6 months of travel and make a copy to take with you if you leave the resort

• No adapters necessary are for necessary for electricity as Costa Rica uses the same outlets are we do in the US

• US Dollars are typically accepted but $100-bills may not be, so bring smaller bills if you intend to bring cash

• There is an ATM on the resort that dispenses both USD and Colones (Costa Rican currency)

• The exchange rate is 646 Colones for 1 USD as of 3/5/22. Check today’s rate here

• In February, the weather will be dry and hot!

• The CDC recommends that pregnant women should not travel to Costa Rica due to the Zika Virus

• Poverty and crime are well below most countries in Latin America but always use caution when traveling outside of the US. Do not leave belongings unattended, avoid walking down the street late at night without company, and avoid entering sites that seem unsafe
